Following a 25-year career as a Postmaster in Florida, Cathy moved to Murfreesboro in 2009, where she worked for six years as Manager of the MTSU Campus Post Office. Her career has been defined by responsibility, accountability, and service to the public.

Since retiring from the postal service, Cathy has remained deeply involved in her community through local politics and civic leadership. She has served as:

• Rutherford County Democratic Party Chair

• Treasurer for multiple campaigns

• State Executive Committee Chairwoman for District 13

• District 4 Chair of the Tennessee Democratic County Chairs Association

She currently serves as Vice President of Rutherford County Democratic Women.

Cathy is running for County Commission because she believes county government should focus on affordability, fairness, and planning for the future—while listening to the people it serves.
